Fiona has been in the franchise advertising arena since 1987 and her decades of solid media experience is almost exclusively within the national & regional media fields concentrating on franchise recruitment advertising & franchisee support (local) service. Fiona brings a unique understanding and insight to your franchisee recruitment campaigns, and your franchisee's local advertising, that other agencies, who specialise in other areas, could well be lacking.
Fiona became Group Head of Franchising & Business Opportunities at Express Newspapers in 1989 until 2000.

Toni has been with ARC Media since 2005 when she started as our Admin Assistant covering for Maternity leave and has been here eversince really. She has covered all aspects of regional advertising and is now, following another maternity departure, responsible for all your on-line advertising with the dedicated franchise portals.
Toni is invaluable member of the team, working closely with a number of ARC clients on their web campaigns - she manages everything web based and wields a very large stick on your behalf!

Sam joined ARC Media at the very beginning, in 2003, having always been in admin roles, this is a great asset as her team is responsible for negotiating, booking & checking your ads, ensuring that your in-print copy gets there on time. Sam also sends your invoices to you.
Her team plans, tailors and co-ordinate your advertising campaigns, provide draft adverts for you approval and book your space at the best prices possible. Sam also deals with any advertising queries & media enquiries leaving you free to run your business.
Without Aldo's support (and initial cash injection in 2003) there would be no ARC Media.
In this venture with Fiona & her team he is the technical support arm of the company, he monitors the network and is on hand to build computers as the need arises. Aldo is also our in-house photographer, after all he has the credentials - his Grand-Father was the official photographer for Juventus F.C.!
Aldo is a PADI Divemaster with a passion for sharks, Moray Eels and underwater photography.
